Mumbai to meet Bangalore in NCL T20 FINAL

It's an all IPL clash in the finals of the Nokia Champions League Twenty20 as Royal Challengers Bangalore take on Mumbai Indians.

The mercury is set to rise as two of the heavy-weights, Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bangalore are destined to collide with each other in the final of CLT20, 2011. Both sides were pretty inconsistent initially but as the tournament progressed they got into the groove.

Bangalore were almost at the exit but then a couple of breath-taking wins have awarded them the final's ticket. Mumbai, on the other hand were lucky to make it to the semi-final but they fared superbly against Somerset. Revenge will be on their minds as they were beaten in the semis of IPL by RCB.

While Bangalore rely around Gayle, Malinga will be the one Mumbai bowler, they would like to be wary of. The final will be played on the slow Chennai wicket and RCB have to make adjustments on it as they were used of the placid deck back home. On form, Bangalore head into this tie as favourites but they need to treat the opposition with respect who have the likes of Pollard and Malinga in the ranks.
